1. Service Description
UniCloud360 is a loan facilitation platform operated by Ceyentra Education Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "UniCloud360"). We are not a licensed financial institution, lender, or credit provider. We do not approve loans, disburse funds, or set interest rates.
Our service provides an indicative eligibility estimate and pre-screens applications for submission to our banking partner. All lending decisions, terms, and conditions are set by and remain the sole responsibility of the partner bank.
2. Indicative Eligibility Score
The eligibility score provided by this platform is indicative only. It is generated by a rule-based algorithm using self-declared information and does not constitute a credit assessment, pre-approval, or commitment of any kind. A strong indicative score does not guarantee a loan offer.
3. Accuracy of Information
By submitting an application, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. Providing false or misleading information may result in rejection and potential legal consequences.
4. No Guarantee of Outcome
Using this platform does not guarantee that you will receive a loan offer. All timelines stated are indicative targets and not contractual commitments. Final processing times depend on bank procedures and applicant responsiveness.
5. Free Service
UniCloud360's pre-screening service is provided at no cost to applicants. We may receive a facilitation fee from the partner bank for successful applications. This does not affect the interest rate or terms of your loan.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UniCloud360 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this platform, reliance on the indicative eligibility score, or any decision made by the partner bank.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
